Zero preparation equals zero success. Before anyone can win at anything, they must prepare. This has been proven time and time again throughout history. Olympians don’t win by talent alone, they have to train year round in order to win a race.

The same goes for SEO too. Search Engine Optimization success will not happen overnight. It’s a process. This article will discuss the SEO pyramid for success, in which we drew inspiration from the image from SEOmoz.org, an online resource for search engine optimization..

The best SEO companies will go through a process of review with their clients. They will discuss specifics of the project, and the process and strategies involved.

How do you get visitors to attract to your website like a magnet? We’ll examine the pyramid in ascending order:

5. Base of the Pyramid: Dedication, Planning, Quality Products, Persistence

This base essentially sets the foundation for long term success. Without these vitals, you’ll be building on sinking sand.

Next up:

4. Fourth Tier of the Pyramid for SEO: Website Design, Analytics, Research Tools

Recently, we posted an article about the importance of design and its elements that lead to good conversion rates. A great web design is the skeleton for fitting all the pieces of the puzzle together. Prior to building the site, it’s important that web designers carry out research in order to implement the best keywords and tracking tools.

3. Third Tier of the SEO Pyramid: Search Indexing, Web Content, Back Links

Without keyword rich content and links, websites are invisible to search engines. Web developers should also ensure that the programming language is readable and compatible with search engine crawlers.

2. SEO Pyramid Second Tier: Social Media, Public Relations

Every website needs a publicist, which is a seo manager, and their media outlets are social media websites, which are used for targeting interested demographics.

1. The Pinnacle of the SEO Pyramid: Trust

“The glue that holds all relationships together — including the relationship between the leader and the led — is trust, and trust is based on integrity.” – Brian Tracy

Customers will only remain loyal if they think a business is dependable.

We’ve examined the seo pyramid for gaining online success through seo techniques. On this note, Austin Design Minds covers all the levels of this pyramid, from the ground up. From concept to creation, we can help any business succeed.

I get emails from clients asking “Is branding as important as they say it is?”. My answer, of course: “YES!, YES!…and a resounding YES!”.

What is Branding?

Branding is how people on the outside recognize a company. It’s how consumers connect to what you’re offering, whether it’s through a logo, tag line, symbol or color scheme.

Why’s Branding Important?

It conveys your message clearly – e.g. FedEx logo speaks for speedy delivery services

It validates your reliability – e.g. Johnson and Johnson is known for its safe baby products

It plays with consumers’ psychology through emotions – e.g. Because I’m worth it. L’Oréal

It inspires buyers – e.g. Facebook inspires users to share and then share some more

It solidifies consumer loyalty – e.g. Citi Bank’s Rewards Cash Programs

What Does Online Branding Involve?

It includes web design, social media, domain name, a company tag-line, logo, etc. We provided the examples above, since humans by nature like heroes to look up to or draw insight from. It’s encouraging to be able to point to someone and say; “If they can do it, so can I”. Branding is not just for acquiring new customers either – since companies work hard to get clients, they will want to retain them too. And this can only be done through brand recognition.

The Bottom Line:

The bottom line for branding is that you can boost conversions + get more sales through positive brand identification. Every output, every marketing material and every strategy should be uniform, meaning the same message, same colors, same logo, same quality (not necessarily the same techniques, then that would be plain boring), same great goodness – every. single. time.

Austin Design Minds is an online branding authority. We create company identities through logos, web design and online marketing. We understand the internet and how to create effective online branding strategies.

The Facts About WordPress Websites

Many websites are currently designed with WordPress. Just check the credits at the bottom of the site, or review its sitemap. As one of the most popular blogging tools on the market, it’s no wonder that novices and professionals alike use this tool to convert blogs into fully-functional websites. It’s also a powerful content management system, also known as a CMS, which allows you to manage content in a user-friendly way.

Austin Design Minds uses WordPress, along with other technologies for creating unique and clean-looking websites. Having built thousands of award-winning websites globally, for both small and large companies, WordPress takes up a significant percentage of our web development and designs.

Some of the most obvious benefits of building a WordPress website include:

Administrators have the option to change or update their own content

It seamlessly provides tools for web marketing. These may include meta tags, or even an SEO pack

It’s free, so you don’t have to pay for hosting

It partners with many leading domain and hosting sites for quick installation

Designers are offered several pre-themed tools, or the breathing room to create and publish their own visions

Incorporate blogs easily

A discussion of benefits could be prolonged if you understand the Internet’s ecosystem. Be warned though, despite WordPress’ relatively easy-to-learn platform, a good designer who understands SEO best practices can help you build the most successful website. Before building a website, Austin Design Minds will evaluate your needs, goals and your industry to determine the best-suited website platform. If you have the time, there are plenty of materials for learning on WordPress’ research portal. For industry leaders that have been around since the inception of the internet, like Austin Design Minds, navigating a fully-functional website will be easy to achieve.
